Going Green

Our country is working to go green and be more conservation-minded, and programs at Northwest Tech are ahead of the curve.

Consider our Construction Division, which installs and maintains energy saving equipment into their projects, or our Transportation Division which created and implemented our own bio-diesel and leads the way in Hybrid technician training.

With campus-wide iPad use, “going green” will be a fun transition in all programs. The endless applications, books, and curriculum alignment available on the iPad will be a huge tree-saver. This will not only reduce paper use, but also improve communication across campus.
