About

The Certified Nurse Aide online course is designed to train individuals to provide direct care to assist residents living in Kansas Adult Care Homes. The course will prepare students to take the certification examination to gain the Certified Nurse Aide Licensure.

Starts August 9th (Log into Moodle)

In-Person Dates

Lab Skill Days

August 9-13 from 4 PM - 6 PM
August 21 from 8 AM - 1PM
August 28 from 8 AM - 1 PM

Clinicals

September 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, 19 from 6 AM - 2 PM

The Lab Skill Days and Clinicals are required - if you do not complete these hours you will not be eligible to sit for the CNA exam and unable to get certified.

Pre-Requisites

  1. At least 18 years of age to challenge the Kansas Nurse Aide Test.
  2. An earnest desire to help other people

Note: Some criminal convictions may disqualify a person from employment in the field.
