    OBJECTIVE:
    Direct Contact, Inc. (DCI) will engage a team of contractors to install and service
    insecticide systems on agricultural planters for use with the Client’s foam insecticide
    application system.

    TIME FRAME:
    The timeframe of this project is estimated to begin with an in-person training meeting,
    with on-farm installations beginning once training is complete until planting season
    commences, followed by a period of phone communication and on-farm service
    assistance during planting season.

    CONTRACTOR DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS:
    Contractors will be required to attend a training meeting to learn how to install and
    service the Client’s precision insecticide application and delivery system on planters.
    DCI reserves the right to require the attendance of any contractor for training(s).
    Field Technicians will receive work assignments from the DCI dispatching team on an
    “as-needed” basis. Contractors will be required to contact the Client’s
    growers/customers by phone and schedule an in-person appointment to install the
    system and collect any further data as required by the Client regarding the grower’s use
    of Client’s products. Technician must be able to schedule and manage time efficiently,
    and dedicate full time and attention to completing an install once it has started, in most
    cases requiring two consecutive days. Contractors will also communicate with Client’s
    growers/customers in season on an “as needed” basis for service assistance.
    Contractors will report appropriate service needs and information to the service team.
    Contractors will submit all requested, pertinent project information in a timely manner
    (once daily is preferred) on the provided web-based DCI database. Database training
    will be mandatory and provided by DCI.
    Contractors will be required to provide their own basic shop tools (wrenches, pliers,
    socket set, hose cutters, marking pens, etc.) and appropriate clothing needed to install
    and service planters in a safe and efficient manner.
    Contractor will must physically be able to lift 50+pounds, crawl, kneel, bend, and stand
    for long periods of time. Must be able to climb on top of and under equipment, and
    withstand various weather and extreme temperatures, as work may be required in
    outdoor conditions.
